The Office of the Dean

Aden Gureigh University is led by its founder and president Professor Ali M Mohamed Aden, however, the office of the Dean will exercise its leadership in promoting GU academic affairs. The office will set GU policies for faculty relations, course policies and practices, academic systems, and student services. Also, the office will work with the academic departments to advance the teaching and the learning methodologies as it has the responsibility for the advancement of GU’s system of higher education.

Administrative Offices - GU administrative offices support the overall operations and mission of the university. They provide overall leadership to the university department including human resources, financial activities, and student affairs.

Human Resources - This office supports the staff and faculty at GU and provides them with leadership in the planning of human resources programs and services. It is all about our people.

Financial Activities - This is mainly responsible in the areas of GU accounting and finance as well as its budget and planning.

Student Affairs - Sudent affairs provide support system to students and responsible in the area of the registration, financial services and enrollment activities.

Registrar Office - Regsitrar office maintains students records and produces transcripts, academic calendars, class registration, course schedules, faculty resources, and so forth.

Financial Services - Student Financial Services (SFS) provides advice and resources to students about financing for their education. Also, SFS may help students obtain funding, if available, from a variety of sources including government, foundations, UN supported NGO's, corporations, private lenders, and individuals. Students may also secure their own educational loans from family members. In addition, scholarships, grants and other funding may become available in the near future.
